I enlisted in the US Marine Corps in March, 1992. I attended various trainings and schools during my 20 years in the Corps. Those schools and billets led to my assuming positions of leadership, and developing a strong code of ethics.

Upon retirement from the US Marine Corps, in March 2012, I relocated my family to Houston, TX to start a career in the oil field as a ‘thread inspector.’ -- I learned a different way of effectively dealing with people in the civilian sector. I was my company’s ‘liaison on location.’ I dealt with any issues that concerned products or billing. -- Like so many, I was laid off when oil prices plummeted.

Now, with the knowledge, skills and experience I acquired in the US Marine Corps, I have started my own US Military Maintenance company. I am providing for my family and being an example to my children of how to achieve success. I am employing as many fellow US veterans that I can, who pass muster; as well as, people with disabilities that are capable of producing the outstanding work and quality required by myself and my clients.
